The WESTCHESTER SPEECH-HEARING-LANGUAGE ASSOCIATION (WSHLA) is a professional organization comprised of speech-language pathologists, audiologists and associated professionals.

WSHLA'S PURPOSE IS...

To disseminate information to the public at large about identification, prevention, and rehabilitation of communication disorders.
To sponsor continuing education for area speech-language pathologists, audiologists and allied professionals.
To provide for interaction among speech-language pathologists, audiologists and professionals in related fields.
To serve as a liaison between area members of, the New York State Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
To encourage advocacy of both legislative activity and other issues relevant to the profession and those who experience speech-language and hearing disabilities.
